This Privacy Policy explains how Eimsky Business Solutions (Pvt) Ltd (“EIMSKY”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit our website, use its contact forms, read our news, explore our ServiceConnect and PaymentConnect platforms, or enquire about careers with us. We handle personal information in line with applicable law, including Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022.
1. Who we are
EIMSKY is a technology company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, that builds digital solutions including ServiceConnect (services and workflow management) and PaymentConnect (digital ticketing and payments). For the purposes of this website, EIMSKY is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers this website and the enquiries you send through it. It does not cover:
- ServiceConnect, PaymentConnect or other EIMSKY products and client systems, which are governed by the agreements and privacy notices that apply to those services;
- personal information we process on behalf of our clients within a project, which is handled under the relevant client agreement; or
- other websites you reach through links on this site, such as social media, Google Maps or job application pages.
3. Information you give us
Contact and enquiry forms
Our contact forms appear on the Home page, the Contact Us page and our Services, ServiceConnect and PaymentConnect pages. When you send a message we receive:
- your name;
- your email address;
- the subject of your enquiry; and
- your message, including any details you choose to share about your organisation or project.
Your message is delivered to our team by email. The website does not keep a copy of your message in its database.
Career enquiries and applications
Our Careers page lists current vacancies. Each vacancy’s “Apply” option opens the application method chosen for that role, such as an email address or an external application page. The information you then send, for example your CV, contact details, employment history or qualifications, is received through that email address or service and used to assess your application for the role. This website itself does not collect CV uploads.
Emails and phone calls
If you email us or call one of the numbers on our Contact Us page, we receive the details you share, such as your name, contact details and the content of your enquiry.
4. Information collected automatically
- Server and security logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time. This is used to deliver the website, keep it secure and diagnose problems.
- Form protection. To stop repeated or automated submissions, the contact form uses a hidden anti-spam field and a security token, and briefly stores a one-way code derived from your IP address for about 30 seconds after a message is sent. The code does not reveal your IP address and is then discarded.
- Google reCAPTCHA. When reCAPTCHA is enabled on our forms, Google collects technical information, such as your IP address, browser details and how you interact with the page, to check that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated program.
We do not use website analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools on this website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use contact enquiries to send unrelated marketing messages without an appropriate basis. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
6. Third-party services and links
- Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms when enabled. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.
- Google Maps. The Contact Us page shows an embedded Google Map of our office, which is loaded from Google when you view that page, and our location links open Google Maps in a new tab. Google may collect information and set cookies under its own policies.
- Social media. Our website links to our Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube pages, and news articles include share buttons for Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and WhatsApp. These services are only contacted if you select a link or button, after which their own privacy policies apply.
- Service providers. Our website hosting, email delivery and IT service providers process information on our behalf only as needed to provide their services to us.
- Job application destinations. Where a vacancy links to an external application page, that service handles the information you submit under its own terms and policies.
7. Cookies
Our website does not set cookies for analytics or advertising. Cookies may be used in the following limited ways:
- Essential website cookies: WordPress sets login cookies only for our staff who sign in to manage the website.
- Third-party cookies: Google may set cookies when the embedded map on the Contact Us page loads or when reCAPTCHA checks a form.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking third-party cookies may stop the embedded map or form protection from working.
8. When we share information
We share personal information only when necessary:
- with the service providers described above;
- with our professional advisers, such as lawyers and auditors, where needed;
- with courts, regulators, law enforcement or other authorities where the law requires it or to protect our rights, users or the public; and
- with a successor organisation if all or part of our business is reorganised, merged or sold, subject to this policy.
9. International transfers
Some of our service providers, such as Google, may process information on servers outside Sri Lanka. Where this happens, we rely on those providers’ contractual and security commitments and take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected in line with applicable law.
10. How long we keep information
We keep enquiries and related correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage any resulting business relationship and meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Career applications are kept for the recruitment process and, where you agree, for a reasonable period to consider you for future roles. The temporary form-protection code is removed about 30 seconds after a message is sent. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider according to its retention settings.
11. How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including form security checks, spam protection and access limited to the people who need the information to do their work. No method of transmitting or storing information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022, you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold personal information about you and give you access to it;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- delete information, or restrict how we use it;
- withdraw your consent where we rely on consent; and
- object to our use of your information where we rely on legitimate interests.
To make a request, email . We may need to verify your identity before responding and will reply within the time required by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka.
13. Children
This website is intended for businesses, organisations and job seekers, and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, services or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Please also read our Terms & Conditions, which govern the use of this website.
